Kara Sanat Tadbir Paya | Karajet , a Knowledge-Based Company In Iran, Proudly Announces the Loading and Dispatch of the Largest Vacuum Condenser Made in Iran.

KaraJet is proud to announce the successful loading and dispatch of the largest vacuum condenser, measuring 12.9 meters in length, 3.02 meters in diameter, and weighing 120 tons, for the Hengam Petrochemical Company.

This condenser, recognized as a key piece of equipment in Hengam petrochemical processes, has undergone meticulous design and construction phases and is now ready to be transported to its installation site at Hengam Petrochemical. The loading of this large equipment was carried out using advanced technologies and in compliance with all safety standards.

The executives of Kara Sanat Tadbir Paya emphasized the importance of precise planning and international collaboration in addressing the challenges associated with transporting this condenser. They also expressed gratitude to the design and production team whose efforts and expertise brought this project to fruition.

The dispatch of this condenser not only demonstrates the technical capabilities of the company but also contributes to increasing the production capacity of Hengam Petrochemical and enhancing the industrial processes in the country.

This project is expected to create jobs, save foreign currency, and promote indigenous technologies within the petrochemical industry. With the installation and commissioning of this condenser at Hengam Petrochemical in Asalouyea, Iran, significant improvements in the performance of this refinery are anticipated.

At KaraJet, we’ve achieved a significant milestone by designing and manufacturing the Vacuum Condenser for the Hengam Petrochemical , a subsidiary of the Persian Gulf Holding. This condenser, handling a flow rate of 85,000 kg/hr of mixed steam, NH3, CO2, urea, and air, plays a critical role not only in condensing steam but also in supporting exothermic chemical reactions – making its calculation and simulation highly complex and sensitive.
Initially, Stamicarbon Co, the main licensor of the project, had approved renowned German companies Gea and Koerting as potential designers and manufacturers. However, thanks to the long-standing collaboration between PIDEC, the project’s executor, and our team at Karajet, we were given the opportunity to submit our proposal.
Our engineering and R&D team rose to the challenge, successfully designing the main condenser and vacuum package, securing approval from the Persian Gulf Holding. This ultimately led to Karajet being awarded the contract for the construction.
This achievement highlights our capabilities in delivering high-tech solutions and complex designs that meet the most stringent industry standards.
